Net is what TBC actually receives: the price less the payment provider fee. Tax is never part of it.
A 6-month or 12-month plan releases month by month on the discounted monthly equivalent, as each merchant-month begins. Nothing is paid upfront in one lump.
A commission becomes payable once the refund window for that month has passed: 30 days on a prepaid plan, 14 on monthly.
A refund inside the window reverses month 1, as a negative entry. If it was already paid, it comes off your next payout.
A merchant counts as your client on their first successful payment - not on signup, and not on a trial.
Ten first-ever payments from your merchants in one calendar month earns a 20% bonus on everything you earned that month, calculated at month end after refunds.
