Every new business starts on Pro for 14 days, automatically. No card, on either payment route. You can buy any plan during the trial and it starts straight away.

If the trial ends and you have not bought anything, you move to Free and keep every customer, visit and reward you have collected. One trial per business.

Monthly plans. No refund. Cancelling stops the next charge.

6-month plans. Refundable within 30 days of the charge, including renewals. We keep 20%. You stay on the plan until the end of the current calendar month and then move to Free.

12-month plans. The same 30 days, and we keep 15%.

After 30 days there is no refund, but you can turn renewal off at any time. Prices never include tax; what tax applies depends on your country.
